INTERNATIONAL SUMMER BALLET SCHOOL

We are pleased to invite you to the first International Ballet Summer School, which will be taking place at the Veno Pilon High School in Ajdovščina from 14 August till 20 August 2011; it is intended for beginners, for experienced and less experienced dancers who wish to improve and upgrade their knowledge in classical
ballet according to the Vaganova method, character dancing and pas de deux, and for young teachers as well.

PROGRAMME

• Ballet for children (aged up to 9 years) - 60 min/rehearsal
• Ballet 1 (children with less experience) - 75 min/rehearsal
• Ballet 2 (children with more experience); Pointe rehearsal - 90 min/rehearsal
• Character Dance 1 (younger children) - 60 min/rehearsal
• Character Dance 2 (older children) - 60 min/rehearsal
• Pas de deux and repertoire (students with pre-knowledge of classical ballet) - 60 min/rehearsal
